In the "Healthy Streets" programme, the renewal of Sobieski János utca has won a grant of 1.16 billion forints!

The renewed street will bring calmer traffic, safer walking and cycling, new rows of trees, drinking fountains and benches. From Sobieski utca 3 to the corner of Gát utca the municipality is also demolishing the vacated buildings and upgrading the utilities, and the plots will make room for new residential buildings.
Both developments will contribute significantly to the value growth of the apartments and further improve the comfort of those living here.
